Our IDA program is designed to help families save for their first mortgage down payment through our unique matching and education tools.

IDA is separate from the Racine Habitat Housing Program, and focuses on strengthening home purchasing equality for People of Color in Racine County.

Approved applicants will be funded (via our Equity Innovation Grant award from The United Way of Racine County) and empowered to experience the strength and stability of home ownership through our IDA partnerships with Johnson Financial Group and Housing Resources Inc.
